DEMO_9:Sunlight Readable_Outdoor Experimentation

We have present this Sunlight Readable Dispaly module before indoor to see vividity of the display. This time, we carried out a practical experimentation ourdoor to prove that this display is truely SUNLIGHT READABLE. We took a day today April 14th 2009 to film this video.

There was a bit difficulity to hold a quality of our display due to self-adjustment function over scanning speed of our camera.

We will increase quality of our video resolving this problem next time.

DEMO_8:3500 cd/m^2_

This module is the one everyone is looking for outdoor use, sunlight readable.

Brightness of our stanadard module is 1000cd/m^2 whereas this module goes up to 3500cd/m^2, which is nearly 4 times brighter. To our naked eyes, we feel even brighter than just seeing its quantitative number. VFD has a wider operating temperature range -45 degree Celsius to 85 degree Celsius whereas LCD operates within 0 degree Celsius to 50 degree Celsius. We also have reached the point where the display is utilized under severer environment. If you are desperate for outdoor use display having concern using LCD, VFD is the one you want.

DEMO_7:CU16025-UX6J

CU16025-UX6J has a double of stnadard modules phosphor luminance.

If you have been using CU16025-UW6J and thinking to upgrade your display, please let us know. We will bring an actual module to you.

We use a smoke gray filter to attenuate the luminace for those who think the brightness of the bear display is too bright. Also it increases the display contrast ratio so that to give a better visibility.

DEMO_6: CU24063-Y1A_Noritake Original Demo

This 3mm chacter heigh module are cappable to contain more information than exisiting 20x4 PCB size displays. The elegant look catches an attention within a short distance and presents you highlighting features with combinatiing the new features, Brightness Boost and Brightness Control.

DEMO_5: CU20027-Y1A

This module is called CU20027-Y1A and through this demo you will be experiencing how bright this display is compared to our other line-up. Same as CU24043-Y1A that I previously have posted, this has Brightness Boost and Brightness Control as well. If you are currently using 2x20 LCD ad need more readability and wider operating temp. range, there is no question. This is the one we would like to introduce.
